Born in Taiwan, Derek has called Vancouver homes since 1995. After pursuing a career in Hotel and being a real estate investor for a number of years, Derek went to Royal Roads University in Victoria for his commerce degree in entrepreneurial management.

Having lived in different locations within a short time, Derek understands the importance of a reliable and resourceful realtor.
